The Resource Fell Run
On 26th January 2008, approximately 30 members of staff from King Ecgberts School are taking part in a Fell Run to raise money for The Resource and the Supported Employment Project.
The run is suitable for all abilities as it varies between 2.5 and 20 miles ... much respect to those doing the full 20! especially in January!
The charity connected to The Integrated Resource at King Ecgbert School which funds the Supported Employment Project (SEP), does not receive any income apart from donations and grants from various sources (most of them hard won by Matthew)! There is no Government financial support, even after much campaigning. Therefore we are really grateful to all the fell runners for helping us to raise money in this way.

The Resource Team Gains Regional Excellence Award

The Staff at The Integrated Resource have been recognised for their achievements.
On Wednesday 17th January 2007 The Resource team were presented with a Regional Excellence Award for Learning Support Staff. This was presented by the South Yorkshire Teaching Assistants Consortium (SYTAC) which covers the LEAs of Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley.
We are extremely proud and honoured to have our work at the Resource recognised in this way. Our thanks go to all the pupils in The Resource and to Matthew and Lucy for their leadership, without which The Resource would not be what it is today.

Are you looking for reliable, punctual & hardworking staff?
The supported employment project at meadowhall are in need of employers for our young people. Full support is provided. The project is no longer constrained to Meadowhall as we now have a base in the city centre and can support any employer in Sheffield.
